Altair Inspire PolyFoam 2023 includes the following new features and enhancements.

Variable Mass Rate
A new option has been added to the injection configuration window that lets you to define an editable time dependent mass flux.



Sensors in Pouring Cup
You can now add and edit sensors to the pouring cup. This will provide useful information about specific locations in the pouring cup.



Residual Stress Analysis
A new result has been added to the injection and foaming stage. You will be able to see residual stress analysis when you run any of the refrigerator cabinet materials.



Nozzle Exportation
When you create a nozzle path using the injection window, now you will be able to export that path to be used in future simulations or to share with someone else.





Inspire PolyFoamis the newest simulation analysis tool of Altair. It is an integral part of Inspire for manufacturing platform. With Inspire Polyfoam, learn and perform a mold filling simulation and evaluate design concepts. Inspire PolyFoam software predicts polyurethane reaction phenomena during the foaming process such as injection, foaming, curing and post-foaming considering chemical reactions and physical reactions. Inspire PolyFoam can predict the foaming pattern, heat and mass transfer including density distribution and temperature distribution according to the foaming component that affects the quality of the product.
